We are an independent family-owned business and for more than 21 years, Heatherbrae’s Pies has been delighting customers with our multi-award-winning gourmet pies, traditional Australian cakes and sweet pastries.We are on the lookout for a professional baker (or pastry chef) to join the team at our Sutton Forest store in the beautiful Southern Highlands.We offer great pay and conditions, a family-friendly atmosphere, and a respectful, supportive and professional workplace.
About you:
- Trade qualifications or hands on industry experience
- Positive and professional communication style
- Respectful and mature approach to working in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail / quality
- Ability to remain calm in a fast paced environment
- Proven ability to work unsupervised when required
- Flexible & adaptive hands-on approach
- Willingness to learn and develop your skills
- Preparedness to work either Saturdays OR Sundays
Your responsibilities:
- Prepare all products following company recipes & yield guidelines according to set standards
- Ensure procedures, policies and high standards are carefully adhered to at all times.

Salary: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
