On behalf of our client, The Continental Hotel Broome, are looking for enthusiastic, skilled Bar Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily Bar operations.
- Coordinating the activity of the Food and Beverage staff
- Development and training of staff
- Maintaining high standards of service
- Opening and/or closing of the bar.
- Maintaining venue presentation and cleanliness
- Processing & reconciling POS, ATM's, EFT terminals and complete end of day financial reporting
- Attending management briefings and meetings
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bar Manager
- Excellent understanding of cellar operations, draught beer, wine and cocktails.
- Valid WA un-restricted approved managers certification
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a passion for delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Have strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of WHS
- H&L Knowledge is highly regarded.
