The Piato Cairns is seeking a hard-working and vibrant bar manager to provide support to the Front Of house team at our venue. We are seeking an individual who has a passion for customer service, consistency, teamwork and producing great quality products! We pride ourselves on our in-house training programs, competitive remuneration and career progression opportunities for our entire team.
What is your role?
Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant guest
Upsell and suggest sell
Following your steps of service
Customer first Culture – Drop everything for our guest
Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks
Support the team by running food and drinks to guest and clearing plates and drinks
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
What is required?
- A minimum of 3yrs Hospitality
- Experience working in both Bar and Restaurant environments
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Passion for the industry and a strong sales culture
- RSA certificate
