As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating delicious coffee, smoothies and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about coffee, have great communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A little bit about this position:
On an average day, working behind the machines is very fast paced! Ability to stay cool, calm & collected under pressure is very important to this role.
Team Member duties include:
- Amazing customer service

- Imparting knowledge to customers about our Chief n Co menu
- Sales, cash handling and eftpos transactions
- Morning and Afternoon Opening & Closing procedures
