You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all OHS and San Churro product standards. Experience in a Barista role (desired)
A people-first approach to employees and customers
Experience managing a team is a must (Strong 2IC's and Duty Managers are encouraged to apply as we will provide training)
Strong computer literacy and numeracy skills
