We believe that an Operations team are the difference between a good franchise brand and a great franchise brand. Our Operations team are our Brand Custodians and the drivers behind our T-Brewery growth, sparking curiousity in our Business Partners to aim higher in all aspect of brewery standards, operations and customer experience.
About the role:
The Area Manager is a key leadership position within the nominated region who guides business partners (franchisees) to meet Chatime’s brand standards and how to implement our operational processes and standards for business growth.
A few of the area managers responsibilities are:
· Development of Business Partners for brand and business excellence
· Support to improve sales through operations excellence, Local T-Brewery Marketing (LTBM) and T-Brewery involvement and measure success through key performance indicators
· Review QAR operational audits and complete follow-up coaching visits
· Facilitate company and departmental initiatives to the network to ensure business partner buy-in
· Opening of new T-Breweries and building strong relationships with incoming business partners in your region
· Relationships and driving accountability with business partners are what make us a success

Desired Skills and Experience:
- 2-3 years experience managing franchise partners relationships
- Influencing skills, ability to influence Business partners around engaging in key goals and growth and compliance activities
- Experience in liaising with different business units/departments to meet common goals and objectives
· Operational report literacy: ability to read and understand reporting and provide guidance on where to make improvements

Salary: From $80,000.00 per year
