About the Role:
We're seeking a fun, energetic, and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our high-performing team. The ideal candidate is a professional multitasker, delivers exceptional customer service, and harbors a passion for helping clients look and feel their best. Motivated by continual learning and growth, the ideal candidate should have a dedicated interest in the beauty therapy industry. This role will also include some receptionist duties and social media duties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a comprehensive range of beauty services, including but not limited to waxing, facials, spray tanning, lash lift and tinting, and chemical peels.
- Expertly apply lash extensions.
- Carry out reception and personal assistant duties, providing support to the Director, Registered Nurses and other team members.
- Engage in client consultations, identifying their unique needs and devising treatment plans accordingly.
- Utilize the latest technology to perform facial and body treatments, including Body Sculpting and Tightening, Microdermabrasion, Dermaplane, LED Light Therapy and more.
- Build strong relationships with clients, prioritizing their experience and satisfaction.
- Achieve KPI targets, ensuring clients receive the service and experience they deserve.
- Advise clients on suitable products and regimes, recommending home-care solutions tailored to their needs.
- Undertake general clinic duties, including cleaning, restocking, answering phone calls and messages, handling emails, and managing social media engagements.
- Maintain the treatment room, ensuring it's clean, organized, and ready for use.

- Identify the newest social media trends and creating content to be used across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

About You:
- You hold a minimum of a Certificate 3 or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, backed by industry experience.
- You're dedicated to the wellbeing industry and committed to providing immersive experiences for our clients.
- You're a professional who genuinely cares about the quality of service delivered to clients and enjoys sharing your knowledge and expertise.
- You have strong communication skills and excellent personal presentation standards.
- You're as passionate about the Lilly Cosmetic Clinic brand as we are, sharing our core values and philosophy.

- You hold skills in creating content for social media, including filming, video editing, posting on different platforms, getting behind the camera and filming yourself.
- You have availability to work late nights and weekends.

Optional Expertise: 
- Experience or training in Spa Therapy and Dermal Therapy (including skin needling, etc).

Hours required (*not optional):

- Tuesday: 9am – 2pm (alternating weeks)
- *Wednesday: 4pm - 8pm
- *Thursday: 4pm - 8pm
- *Saturday: 9am - 4pm
- Potential for increased hours each day and adding a Friday.

Remuneration: 
Pay rate is negotiable, dependent on prior experience and training.
