UNDERGROUND BOGGER OPERATORS - HARDROCK MINING
The Tritton Team is seeking an Underground Bogger Operators, to join the Mining Team.

The Role
Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Operation of underground loaders efficiently, safely, and competently to ensure maximum output and no damage.
- Bogging and transporting material to underground trucks or designated areas as directed by your Shift Supervisor.
- Be self-motivated and have a positive attitude.
- Coach and mentor new and inexperienced operators
- High levels of safety compliance and leadership
- Able to demonstrate a strong commitment to lead and foster the development of a positive safety culture to improve standards.
About You
- Current drivers' license
- Experience in operating a Bogger (Cat R2900 and/or Sandvik 621) in an underground mining environment.
- Previous experience bogging as your main role is essential from both development and production areas. Remote or automation is desirable.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in underground mining.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to pass a pre-employment medical.
The Operation
Tritton Copper Operations employs more than 400 people and is located in Hermidale in Western New South Wales. Tritton has two underground copper mines (Tritton and Murrawombie) and a current mine life of 8 years.
Tritton is a key employer within the region and a proud supporter of the community. We are a residential mine that allows you to be home each night. Accommodation support is provided as well as company transport from Nyngan to the operation. Nyngan is a family friendly community, with a variety of shops, gyms, and sporting activities as well as primary and high schools.
