Seeking and experienced Bookkeeper for 2 Day per Week.
Proficient in MYOB and Excel.
Working Hours are: 10.00am – 4.00pm. Actual days to be negotiated.
Your role
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing
- Daily banking, including bank reconciliation
- Preparation for the Quarterly BAS
- Month-end reporting
- Weekly Payroll
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Liaising with external accountants.
To be considered for this role you will need to:
- Be a self-starter and have Fluent spoken and written English.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Show attention to detail, a 'can do' attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in End of Month (EOM) procedures. Be able to prepare monthly, quarterly and year end financials
- Work within set time frames to provide information in a timely manner.
- Financial record keeping - maintain accurate financial records and associated administration tasks.
