With winery-owned assets including two vineyards (300 acres, 12 varieties, Strathbogie Ranges), modern winery (crush capacity of 5,000T), bottling facilitiy on site and brand new cellar door and restaurant complex.
About the role
We're seeking an energetic person to join our small close knit bottling team.
Key tasks and duties for the role are:
- Operate and supervise Bottling Line independently
- Bottling line setup, washdown and maintenance
- Wine testing/additions & sparging/transfers
- Labelling & packaging setup
- Ensure proper coding is on the bottle and boxes
- Watch flow of materials
- Complete visual inspections as the line is running and report any faults
- Clean tanks
- Tanker transfers
- Report any non conformance issues to supervisors/manager
- Assist with warehouse duties
- Assist Winemaking team
- Adhere to OH&S procedures within the bottling hall

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS (not essential but an advantage)
- Drivers License (Class 1A or higher)
- Fork Lift License
No experience is necessary.
Note this is a hands on role so does require long periods of lifting, bending and standing.
