About the Role

We are currently seeking an experiencedBranch Coordinatorto join our team in Dandenong Branch.
Main duties of the roles include:

• Embody the Supagas Safety Vision “Think SAFE, Work SAFE, Live SAFE” and Safety Expectations within all facets of the site and role.
• Embody the ‘Yes We Can’ ethos in all aspects of the role and responsibilities.
• Assisting in the effective and efficient management of the customer service (delivery) operation (including Bulk LPG)
• Competence and compliance management in line with relevant standard and legislation such as but not limited to AS1596, AS4332, ADGC7, BFM, COR and Supagas Procedures & Policies.
• Ensure co-ordination of training is provided for current and future drivers to the required standards.
• Ownership of operations, compliance, and customer service while the BM is not available to be on site.
• Ensure all drivers follow and adhere to HS requirements whist in the site MHF, via regular walkthroughs, staff supervision and training.
• Ensure induction and Safety training of all new branch staff is in line with the Supagas MHF site Induction and Safety training.
• Enhance and support of the customer experience through occasional deliveries and assisting with stock replenishment within the Branch landing.
• Ensure a safe workplace for all staff, visitors and customers reporting all risks / hazards / incidents / near misses and accidents.
• Assist the Branch Manager in completing all PM tasks, HSEQ audit items and rapid corrective within their designated time frame.
• Effective and efficient support in the management/supervision of all drivers.
• Work with Vehicle Maintenance Coordinate to ensure fleet management and maintenance occurs in line with policies and practices.
• Ensure external and internal customers are treated equally.
• Handle enquiries in a professional manner, ensure follow through and finalise all enquiries.
• Ensure the Customer Collecting Cylinders process is always followed.
• Assist and support Branch manager with other tasks when require.

To succeed, candidates will possess:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Branch Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Forklift license and HR license favorable.
• Previous gas industry experience advantageous but not essential.
• Intermediate level of computer skills is essential (Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook).
• Proven leadership skills.
• Outstanding customer service and drive to promote continual improvement.
• Ability to work in an efficient and timely manner while maintaining a safe working environment.
• Highly motivated with a flexible “can do” attitude.
• The successful candidate will be required to attend a pre-employment medical examination.
