As the Branch Manager for our Kalgoorlie store, first and foremost, you will be a natural leader. You will have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a wealth of life experience to nurture an open work culture that is in line with our values.
Leading from the front, you'll work closely with your team to ensure exceptional service to our customers who are the lifeblood of the electrical industry in Australia!
A bit about your role
Coaching, leading and training your team to create an inclusive and harmonious work culture
Directing and controlling the branch operations to exceed sales, profit and service objectives.
Strategically initiate and drive business development activities within the region, as well as help facilitate negotiations with national targets with an exposure to the branch
Ensure compliance with all procedures and further enhance a strong WH&S culture.
A bit about you
A natural leader, with a passion for sales and operational excellence
Strong track record in successful leadership roles
Strong operational background and excellent understanding of the supply chain process.
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills and be commercially astute.
Have a passion for all things electrical and enjoy a fair dinkum yarn with a sparkie!
