We’re currently looking for an experienced, customer-centric and goals orientated sales professional with leadership experience/ambition. You will be responsible for driving the market share of an industry leading product range, through sales and service business development and by leveraging the capabilities of the local service team, which you will also be over seeing.

We are looking for a person with a solid background in sales, that fully understands and has strong experience of the complete sales cycle from; planning, strategy and implementation through to territory management.
Familiarity with capital equipment sales, or specifically compressed air systems experience, would be an advantage.

Experience in these areas would be advantageous:
- Minimum 5 years outside sales/territory management experience
- Capital equipment sales experience in industrial applications
- Experience in solution selling in medium-long sales cycles
- Good driving record and valid driver’s license (required)
- Experience in managing or leading small teams
This is a challenging role which will require the right candidate to work autonomously in the field and achieve targets.
