The opportunity

Reporting into the GM of Marketing & Customer Operations and leading some of our most well-known brands, this role will lead a team of talented marketers to execute on the brand and customer strategies that will support our ambitious growth plans. This is the opportunity to craft the innovative, creative, and integrated marketing strategies that will showcase your marketing expertise and knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop annual brand and marketing strategies
- Lead a direct team to execute on the brand and integrated marketing strategies, including category marketing comms strategies and digital marketing strategy
- Manage brand & customer research
- Inform recommendations based on analytics and implementing change, customer experience and transformation initiatives
- Lead, develop and maintain customer journey maps for each of the key customer segments, to better understand customer experience, touchpoints and opportunities to influence and convert
- Develop relationships with key customers (builders) and their marketing and sales teams to support with joint marketing campaigns, support material, training and/or product displays
- Expertise in copywriting for different audiences and for a range of mediums, including the development of presentations.
What we are looking for
- 10 years of experience as a brand or marketing leader who has demonstrated strategy and execution on large scale campaigns and/or brands and digital strategy & execution
- Demonstrated track record for developing high-performing and empowered marketing teams to effectively deliver brilliant campaigns
- Ability to prioritise in a complex, fast-paced environment
- A can-do attitude, comfortable with being a do-er as well as a leader
- Strong team player, can communicate with a range of stakeholders at all levels of the organisation and with a range of customers
- Worked in agencies and/or managed a large variety of agency relationships
- Strong emotional intelligence, high energy, demonstrated resilience
