About the role:
Using strategic insights and working in collaboration with business priorities, the Brand Manager | Pinnacle Beer & Spirits will develop, plan, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and create bespoke content in these areas, whilst also managing a high volume of New Product Development launches. Working collaboratively and reporting directly to the Senior Brand Manager, you will be joining a friendly entrepreneurial group who encourage fresh ideas and out of the box thinking.
As the Brand Manager - you can expect to lead or support:
Channel & content planning for each brand.
Manage new product development including conceptualisation, packaging for new brands and brand refreshments, guidelines and Point of Sale materials.
Drive the setup and inputs into monthly category gate papers for beer, cider, RTD and spirits.
Input into gate papers for each stage of NPD.
Work with internal Business Teams to deliver input and sign-off.
Become an expert on market, consumers, customers & competitor.
Build great relationships with external agency partners, internal stakeholders in marketing and commercial functions, and the global brand team.
Financial management including management of budgets, accounts, quotations and reconciliations.
You'll Need:
A real passion for the drinks business (Beer and or Spirits).
Tertiary qualified in Communications, Marketing, or equivalent.
Proven experience in a Brand or Marketing Assistant role.
Excellent brand, project and process management skills and attention to detail.
Ability to personally develop creative concepts, think independently and drive and deliver key activities.
Strong knowledge of brand and product marketing principles.
Understanding of retailer brand management advantageous.
