Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Engagement Manager to lead our marketing efforts for the Momo Handles brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing engagement strategies that drive brand awareness, customer loyalty, and sales growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing, customer engagement, and brand management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
  • Represent Furnware at trade shows, conferences, and industry events, effectively communicating our brand values and product benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educators, school administrators, and industry partners.
  • Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Analyse market trends and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop campaigns that drive product adoption and customer loyalty.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize future efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities to ensure Furnware remains at the forefront of the market.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, brand management, or a similar role, preferably within the education or furniture industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media, content marketing, and SEO.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Creative thinker with a knack for developing innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as CRM systems, analytics tools, and content management systems.
