In partnership with Breville, an iconic global kitchen appliance brand that enhances people’s lives through thoughtful design and brilliant innovation, Clemenger Field Marketing is looking for an energetic and outcomes-focused Team Leader to manage the NSW Brand Ambassador team.
About the Role
Working every weekend, you'll support and provide direction to your team of approximately 25 product demonstrators within top-tier electrical and small domestic home appliance retailers and accelerate sales of Breville appliances in store, particularly within the coffee category.
As the critical link between head office, the client, and the field team, your passion and inspirational “people-oriented” management style will define a culture of success within your team. True leadership qualities, a strong personality, and an insatiable appetite to succeed are key requirements of this role.
The Brand Ambassadors are responsible for proactively engaging with customers, carrying out product demonstrations and tasting as well as informing the customer of the product’s features and benefits. As the “face” of Breville within stores, the Brand Ambassadors are also tasked with developing and nurturing strong partnerships with store staff.
Duties & Responsibilities
Take responsibility for the overall performance and executional standards of your team.- Drive a culture of success, pride and over-achievement through inspirational staff leadership, motivation, and recognition.
- Ensure the team receives all the necessary tools and coaching to enable them to complete their activities to the required program standards.
- Generate a positive and engaged working environment and culture that motivates others to do the same.
- Actively collaborate with other Team Leaders and Program Management to continuously challenge and improve team performance.
Requirements:
You are reliable, energetic and enjoy sharing your love of coffee with others.- You are available to work everyweekend.
- You have a validdriver’s license and vehicle in order to travel around the Sydney area to visit stores and spend time with your staff.
- You are a great communicator that inspires others through your actions.
- You enjoy the retail environment and have experience of managing similar teams.
