Bridal Stylist/ Social Media

FASHIONABLY YOURS BRIDAL Wahroonga is seeking a Bridal Stylist \ Social Media Co-Ordinator to work in our beautiful North Shore boutique showroom. This role should be of particular interest to students of Fashion Design, who possess the personal qualities below.

You will have flawless personal presentation and impeccable people skills. Our team of Stylists have a reputation for being the industry leaders in personalized and friendly, warm service. As a team we are professional, yet down to earth and love what we do. You must love working with women and have a knack for making people feel invited, comfortable and beautiful. There is extensive product knowledge to be learned, so your standard of commitment and work ethic is essential.

Experience in a sales or service position with a female clientele would be beneficial. You will be able to prioritize a busy work load whilst also delivering a supreme level of customer service. You will be completely customer focused and always go the extra mile to provide that luxury experience. It is expected that you will develop and nurture a range of different relationships with our customers.

The role:

The Stylist position involves private appointments with brides and\or bridesmaids, that are pre-booked into our showroom. Our customers are our highest priority and we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional experience to each and every one. The role will see you working hands on with our bridal groups from our showroom and via email & phone to provide extraordinary service as they search for their dream wedding dress and accessories! You will be working with a premium brands that already have a strong presence in a very supported environment.

Experience and Skills required:

1 – 2 years of previous experience in sales with a strong focus on customer service Experience working with luxury fashion or bridal will be highly regarded Proven track record in achieving excellent sales results and exceeding KPIs Ability to work individually and in a team to achieve targeted results Impeccable presentation and communication skills The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers from the initial consultation to closing the sale The ability to learn quickly and retain information regarding new and existing styles Hard working and dynamic person with strong multi-tasking skills Excellent written and verbal skills Highest standard of attention to detail Ability to use technology to communicate with brides, process sales and engage in social media to spread the word about our glorious brand Our peak time is Saturday, and the successful candidate will need to be able to work on Saturday, plus one or two other week days. Job Type: Casual

Pay: $26.30 – $29.23 per hour
