Bridge Worker - Wagga Wagga - Government

APG is currently seeking and experienced Bridge Worker for a 3-month assignment within a Wagga Wagga Government Department.

• Job: Bridge Worker
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: period of 3 months. Could be potential for extension.
• Location: Wagga Wagga
• Pay Rate to candidate: $42.04 per hour + Super + Allowances 
• Hours of work: 8.5 hours per day, 76 per fortnight.
• Work Structure: 9 day fortnight

• The role undertakes a range of functions relating to maintaining timber, steel or concrete bridges, including assisting other trades.
• The role also operates a range of equipment or machinery and carries out advanced labouring

• Sound experience in a Road Worker Grade 3 role or industry equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability in using literacy and numeracy skills to complete work records and effectively communicate with work team.
• Current unrestricted NSW motor vehicle driver’s license.
• Current Construction Industry White Card.
• Willingness to undertake any legislated or internal licensing or ticketing requirements as directed.
• Have current WOF ticket or willing to obtain before starting (Online Induction 30 minutes)
• Able to work away as this role requires 90% of time camping away.
