As a Broker Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for proactively sourcing talent, maintaining robust pipelines, and promoting the Lendi brand. You'll provide regular pipeline updates to stakeholders and will utilize analytics to draw insights on how to make our hiring process smarter, happier, and more efficient.
Job Description
As a valued member of both our Broker Recruitment and Sales team, you’ll be working closely with our Senior Management and Sales Leaders in undertaking the following tasks:
- Headhunting top broker talent from across Australia
- Managing and driving our Broker pipelines
- Own the Broker Recruitment process
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to source candidates.
- Contributing to the Lendi Group brand and proactively seeking to increase awareness.
- Develop an active network to create a candidate talent pool across all relevant Broker Channels
- Provide regular updates and reports on the candidate pipeline to Senior Management
- Ensure candidates have an excellent interview experience - regardless of outcome
- Demonstrated experience working as a Recruiter (internal or agency)
- Highly organised and has demonstrable ability to organise others
- Ability to work as part of a larger cross functional team
- A passion for creating a great people experience
- Autonomous with a demonstrated ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple positions
- A love of finance and recruitment
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with great follow-through and follow-up practices
