Our client is an Industry-leading residential builder who specialises in providing a complete turnkey service in building Luxurious Dream Homes. Due to ongoing growth & success they are seeking an experienced & passionate Senior Contract Administrator to join their team.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Reporting to the operations manager, responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide high level customer service and communication to cliental who are building their ‘dream homes’ from start to finish.
- Project manage up to 6 high end custom builds valued up to $8 million.
- Maintain and update customer file information including correspondence, contract variations and key event status.
- Present and interpret Contracts to clients, with a sound understanding of Plans, Colour documentation and specifications.
- Drive and apply for Residential permits, such as Building Permits and town planning within allocated timeframes.
- Maintain and update Specification documents throughout the entire process.
To be successful in this role, you will utilise your previous experience managing custom, high end builds.
- 2+ years’ experience with Contract Administration at a High end Residential Construction company.
- Ability to understand and interpret Contract documentation.
- Ability to communicate, influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the business with a particularly strong internal customer focus
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning, listening and decision-making skills.
- Proven high level of professionalism, candour and confidentiality in daily work ethic.
- Experience in town planning & permits highly desired - basement experience advantageous.
