AddressTCM Building Group located at Beverley is a well established commercial building company that specializes in general building, joinery, interior fit outs and maintenance.
We are seeking an experienced carpenter/builder to supervise small to medium commercial building works in the metro area.
Role includes small quotes, arranging materials and assisting trade staff if required.
Experience in Commercial work including Aluminium framing, steel stud, shop fitting or joinery would be an advantage.
The applicant will require the following
- Carpentry certificate
- Experienced in the supervision of other trades
- White card
- Drivers licence
- National Police Clearance
- DCSI Clearance
- Vaccinated
- Ability to work unsupervised plus as part of a team.
- Attention to detail along with excellent customer skills.
- Particular experience in commercial and general building.
This is a full time position that includes a company vehicle, uniform and phone.
