Our client operates a rapidly expanding Building Certification consultancy based on the central coast. With a strong client base and projects spanning between Newcastle and Sydney, they support residential, commercial, and industrial developments.
To support the continuous company growth they are seeking experienced Building Certifiers to join their central coast team. In these roles, you will work on various projects, conduct assessments of construction certificates, issue compliant development certificates, occupation certificates, crown certificates, and building code of Australia reports.
You will:
Hold a relevant qualification in Building Surveying along with proven experience in the field Issue of Statutory Compliance Certificates.
Strong knowledge of the Building Code of Australia
Carrying out building inspections.
Maintain and develop client relationships.
Actively participate and contribute to business development.
Process projects from fee proposal through to certification/completion.
Liaise with Councils and Authorities.
