About the role
Provide a range of support services to the business unit, facilitating efficiency, productivity and compliance.
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage Corrective Maintenance request for Fleet Services
- Manage & respond to CM service email requests
- Create cases associated with CM
- Arrange quotes for service calls & obtain POs from SG Fleet
- Create & close jobs associated with CM
- Manage repairer requests
- Maintain records associated with CM
- Receipt Supplier POs
- Order parts required by service techs
- Manage Salesforce data & recording
- Draft invoice for approval & process
- Assist with Preventative Maintenance for Fleet Services
- Schedule PM with technicians
- Manage Salesforce data & recording
- Draft invoice for approval & process
- Assist with annual JSL inspections
- Order parts for services
- Undertake a range of admin duties including data entry, document editing, document management tasks; to support the Services’ Managers & Supervisors and the internal business systems team organisational requirements and undertake other administrative tasks
