ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client has demonstrated a strong 15-year track record delivering work within the Kitchen & Joinery Manufacturing industry – they are seeking for an enthusiastic Business Administration Trainee to be the point of contact for all customer inquiries and business support.
Your key tasks can include.
Greet and sign in all visitors at the reception
Manage phone calls, emails, and mail deliveries
Support of procurement of office supplies
Providing administrative support to the broader operations team
Ad-hoc administrative activities ie. data entry, follow-up on orders, and reporting
To be considered for this role, you will need.
Relevant tertiary qualifications OR experience as a receptionist
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Proficiency in computer literacy and Microsoft Office suite
Strong problem-solver with the ability to maximise efficiencies
