Business Administration Trainee - World leader in Wind Energy
Our client, a world leader in the Wind Energy sector, is looking to add a keen & energetic Business Administration Trainee to their operations team. Located in the Melbourne CBD, you will be responsible for assisting in various administrative tasks and gaining hands-on experience in business operations. This is an entry-level role that requires a high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
This position is designed to provide hands on training and development opportunities in various areas of business administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, organizing files, and maintaining records
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required
Collaborate with team members on various projects and tasks
Learn about different areas of business administration, such as finance, marketing, and human resources
Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve skills and knowledge
Provide support to other departments as required
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
VCE or equivalent,
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges,
The ability, and willingness, to undertake formal training (Certificate III Business Administration),
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
