Role Description
Apprenticeship Careers Australia (ACA) has an opportunity for a motivated individual to start a Traineeship in Business Administration. Working Monday – Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
Location: Park Avenue, QLD 4701
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
Reception desk is attended during service hours as prescribed; currently 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
All deliveries are received and accounted for in accordance with receiving procedures or redirected as required.
Respond to client and stakeholders’ enquiries.
Liaise with external health services, specialists, or practitioners to arrange for services or consultations on behalf of residents under the direction of a Registered Nurse, Clinical Care Coordinator, or the Facility Manager.
Manage and maintain assigned registers and databases with accuracy
Be responsible for the data management and administration of relevant IT systems
Accurately manage any minor financial transactions and transaction documentation in line with finance procedures.
Provide general office and administrative support to the management team as requested and directed.
Must be willing to undertake and work towards completing training in the relevant formal qualification
Day-to-Day
Working in a professional small team you will be providing a full range of administrative, reception, and customer service duties in support of services delivery to residents, managers, staff, and visitors.

Current Australian Driver’s License
