Role Description
Apprenticeship Careers Australia (ACA) is looking for a highly motivated individual to start a Traineeship in Business Administration , Customer Service Officer.
This role is located at Wetherill Park Close to public Transport.
Daily duties include:
Processing Customer inquiries and orders
Provide customer service to internal and external customers
Undertake a Certificate III Traineeship in Business
Reception Duties
Interpret information to deliver best customer outcomes
Role Description:
As a Business Trainee, you will be working in an office environment in the building and trades sector - Building supplies. You will be an integral part of the day-to-day operations of the business, in handling customer inquiries, answering emails & phone calls, completing data entry, and providing other support to business functions. Whilst gaining quality work experience, you will be required to complete a Certificate III in Business.
