The Opportunity
We are looking for a Manager, Business Analytics & System Support to join our supportive and professional multidisciplinary teams in a flexible part time 0.8 FTE capacity
Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Identify opportunities to improve business insights and reporting solutions to better support decision making to achieve organisational goals.
- Client database integrity maintenance and development.
- Participation and engagement in business related projects with internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Provide training and support on reporting systems and analysis of business information.
- Systems configuration and development to support new programs and services.
- Training and support on data systems, identifying opportunities to improve the user experience.
Skills & Experience
- Certification in Health Information Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics or relevant field.
- Experience and/or certification in database, application, system integration and report development in particular Power Bl.
- Several years’ experience working in a similar role and similar industry using Power BI.
- Proven alibility to train others in business applications.
- High level written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to liaise with multidisciplinary professionals and management and explain technical details to stakeholders
- Demonstrated understanding of project management
- Excellent conceptual and analytical skills
