Description
- Liaise across different program areas to gather, validate and document business requirements for Skills Compare (e.g. drafting requirements for integration of new datasets into UX design)
- Map business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Define and undertake data cleansing activities as required and develop processes to improve data quality.
- Identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outline business impacts
- Create functional specifications for solutions
- Coordinating and implementing testing of solutions and quality assurance checks
- Develop proposals for long-term, sustainable solutions to improve business operations and design and implement interim solutions and workarounds to support continuous business improvements.
- Supporting business transition during key transformation points in the project and helping to manage change
- Liaise and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders in the development and maintenance of relevant applications, including interfaces with internal and external systems, training market data, and reporting to improve the quality of data services.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders
- Experience undertaking working in a business analysis role, gathering/documenting requirements and providing strategic advice to support the delivery of projects
- Experience working with Agile project management methodologies and within Agile team frameworks
- Experience working on large scale enterprise software projects with an online external component (e.g. website/portal)
- Knowledge of software and system design/development principles and concepts
