Our State Government Client is seeking a Business Analyst within our state government clients within their customer engagement team. You will be required to manage the implementation of a range of recommended process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Identify and manage all stakeholder relationships
- Plan and implement the process improvement recommendations, working with business stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition
- Facilitate implementation of other non-process recommendations
- Management of vendors and vendor deliverables
- Regular reporting to the business owner on progress against plan.
- Demonstrated experience in business process improvement and associated methodologies,
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement capability and ability to build/develop positive and effective working relationships
- Strong customer-focused attitude, commitment to actively to organisational values and contribute to team goals
- Successfully delivering organisational change
- strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be adept at influencing and negotiating with key stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes within tight timeframes.
