- Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, break down high-level information into details. Provide support and recommendations to the business owner to keep the project moving forward.
- Review business requirements and understand business priorities to ensure that user's needs are accurately reflected in the development planning.
- Support the implementation of governance and quality procedures:
- document specifications for business issues, functions and processes including workflow mapping, and training curriculum.
- develop and standardise state-wide operating policies relating to data and reporting, and develop procedure manuals.
- Develop and implement process and systems to ensure that SOP library is established in Sharepoint.
- Management of, and timely responses to, report requests by stakeholders.
- Documentation and presentation of analysis, methodology and results, including interpretation of findings and application to business improvement.
- Conduct workshops to seek input and sign-off on processes, workflow, procedures and training curriculum.
- Ensure timely escalation of issues and risks, and project change requests.
- Understand and document interdependencies between processes.
- Transfer knowledge and learnings to the project team and other stakeholders.
