The Position
St John of God Health Care is seeking a talented Business Analyst to join the Business Engagement team.

As a Business Analyst you will be accountable for reviewing, analysing and evaluating business systems and user needs and will draft business cases, document business requirements, defining the full change scope in detail and assist architecture in formulating solutions.
You will be a high-performing Business Analyst with solid experience in drafting business cases and experience working on Agile / SDLC projects.
Your work will shape patient outcomes, you will be fully supported in your position, you will learn and grow and have a full understanding of business analyst work, your leaders know their stuff! This role will be offered on a Permanent fulltime basis working 76 hours per fortnight. We offer remote working from home and support flexibility with hours and location of work - which may be located in Perth or Melbourne.

Leadership and Influencing Skills: Effectively managing the stakeholder relationships across the project
The successful applicant will meet the following criteria;
- A willingness and capacity to embrace the Mission and Values of St John of God Health Care.
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum three (3) years' experience in a BA role.
- Results orientated, with the ability to provide consultancy level BA services within the organisation and lead change initiatives.
- Knowledge and experience in the use of techniques and tools for business analysis.
- A customer-centric approach with the ability to bring about business improvements whilst engaging, influencing and negotiating with stakeholders from all levels within the organisation.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills and the ability to engage and negotiate with stakeholders from all levels within the organization.
- Demonstrated high-level problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to priorities tasks and workload using time management skills.
- Ability to work within a team and contribute to a productive team environment.
