An experienced Business Analyst/Project Manager is urgently required to work at a client. You will be a part of CRM projects in the organisation. You will work closely with stakeholders and clients, clearly understand business & functional requirements to design and manage delivery of solutions.
The role is a 6-month contract, based in Australia and we are looking for candidates who can join within 1 or 2 weeks.
Candidates must have full working rights in Australia – sponsorship is not available.
Responsibilities:
Elicit and analyse requirements from stakeholders using a variety of techniques. Use data and processes during analysis to clarify and validate requirements
Work closely with project managers and technical leads to ensure customer deliveries and expectations are managed efficiently
Liaise with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure requirements are well documented and packaged in a format suitable for agile and rapid development processes
Work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise if required without compromising on quality of deliverables
Contribute to data mapping and data modelling
Essential Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in/ as a Business Analyst or similar role
Experience & understanding of CRM systems
Strong experience in project management is required
Industry-recognised qualifications such as PMP (Project Management Certification) or CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) would be beneficial
Experience engaging with business stakeholders/vendors
Demonstrated experience in successfully influencing leaders on strategic issues to the benefit of the business
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to build sustainable, scalable solutions and processes to meet complex operational problems
Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills and analytical skills and attention to detail
