Business Developer Representative

Salary: Base $65k + Super + Uncapped Comms, Minimum OTE $95,000

Our client, a rapidly growing [Insert industry] company, is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join their dynamic team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through outbound calling, email marketing, and social media engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to generate new business opportunities
• Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team
• Follow-up with prospects via phone and email
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services
• Utilize social media to generate leads and build relationships with potential customers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales or business development
• Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding targets
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience using CRM software is a plus
