Salary: Base $65k + Super + Uncapped Comms, Minimum OTE $95,000

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through outbound calling, email marketing, and social media engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to generate new business opportunities
- Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team
- Follow-up with prospects via phone and email
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services
- Utilize social media to generate leads and build relationships with potential customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales or business development
- Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding targets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience using CRM software is a plus
