We are on the hunt for an experienced and talented Sales/Business Development Professional to join our highly motivated and proactive team in Melbourne to support the growth and expansion of the Temporary Staffing/Labour Hire and Permanent Recruitment Services business.
Our focus markets include Manufacturing, Warehousing/Distribution, and Industrial Trades/Maintenance. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively identify, approach, and secure new clients within the target Industrial markets, as well as assist in fostering relationships with the existing clients.

The ideal candidate will have:
A successful track record in sales and client relationship management in a B2B environment, ideally within agency recruitment and/or labour hire
Exceptional influencing skills combined with a professional, strategic, and value-based sales approach
Exceptional personal presentation and communication skills
Strong computer skills especially with Microsoft Office, and exposure to Fasttrack 360 and Hubspot would be beneficial
A valid Victorian driver's license
The ability to work autonomously and as an integral part of a small team
