Each year, Adelaide Venue Management plays host to hundreds of local, national and international meetings and events, delivering valuable economic benefit to the State of South Australia, through its iconic venues – Adelaide Convention Centre, Adelaide Entertainment Centre and Coopers Stadium.
An exciting opportunity has become available for a driven, self-motivated, professional Business Development Coordinator to join our local Functions & Business Events team.
Reporting to the General Manager - Functions & Business Events, you will be responsible for processing enquiries and converting them into confirmed bookings and providing various administrative support including documentation preparation for the local Business Development Manager.
This position will ideally suit a positive, self-starter, who is a well-organised and ambitious individual with a keen passion for event-sales support. A person who consistently delivers advanced communication, interpersonal and PC-based office skills. Some knowledge of EBMS would be beneficial and excellent computer skills are a must.
This role provides a unique development opportunity for a sales hunter and fully committed individual, working in an enjoyable team environment and working conditions. The position involves predominately Monday to Friday work.
