Business Development Director

Our client is one of the top 15 Asian based IT-BPO & Digital Transformation solutions provider with operational centres in 30 countries across Asia, Europe, North America and South America.

Recently commencing their business development activities for the Australian market including domestic market research, competitor analysis and identifying business requirements and opportunities.

Therefore, we are currently looking for a Business Development Director to assist in the development of their organisation!

Responsibilities and Duties

This is the most critical responsibility for this role, and includes but is not limited to the

following:

• Expands, builds and nurtures relationships with senior decision makers;

• Develops new business opportunities and identifies business needs and

requirements;

• Work closely with leadership and internal cross-functional stakeholders as required;

• Leads the development of proposals and presentations to prospective clients;

• Participate in deal construction and negotiations;

• Build and provide senior management with transparency and regular reporting of all

business development opportunities; and

• Continously monitor and report on the market conditions and trends.

Business Development

• Hands-on experience and deep expertise in the BPO space;

• Familiarity with operational considerations and technological platforms in the BPO

space;

• Ability to communicate accessibly and concisely about product or service to

prospective customers, clients, partnes, vendors and media;

• Hands-on experience successfully supporting the evaluation, negotiation, and

closing a variety of large and complex deals;

• Demonstrable experience in generating and nurturing leads into new business; and

• Negotiation skills.

Communication

• Excellent presentation, and verbal/written communication skills;

• Well developed interpersonal skills; and

• Proficiency in Miscrosoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

The successful candidate must be an Australian citizen, living within Australia, and willing

to travel domestically on a regular basis as the brand and business expands within
