The Business Development Intern will be a driving force within our sales outreach. Primary responsibilities will be to identify potential clients, establish new prospective client relationships and drive new revenue for the company.

Major Duties:
- Take telephone calls from customers
- Organise and book staff travel arrangements
- Enter customer orders into the order processing system
- Complete supplier application forms
- Reconcile purchase orders vs invoices and consolidate
- Prepare quotations
- Deal with and record customer complaints as they arise but refer difficult problems needing follow-up to the supervisor
- Work in partnership with external sales staff and product manager
- Ability to communicate effectively in and across teams; must possess strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Track record of results-oriented achievements and successful strategy execution
- Detail-oriented organizational skills
