Form of workWe are now looking for a Business Development Manager with strong Marketing experiences to work as part of the sales team for a leading hotel In Sydney.
Marketing:
- Creating brand awareness
- Integrated approach to multimedia, PR, sales and collateral
- Generating marketing collateral
- Load content into website, social media platforms and newsletters
- Managing library of content and images
- Assisting all outlets in marketing content and listings
- Conduct audits and site performances on website, SM platforms and Google analytics
- Searching for newest trends in marketing and listings
- Update online strategies
Business development:
- Develop and execute development strategies to achieve growth and targets
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Follow up all in house inquiries; generated from the website, calls etc
- Increasing new business pipeline though own network & marketing
- Conceptualise new ideas to drive client solutions and secure consequent sale
- Keep up to date with current events and industry trends, to identify improvements or recommend new opportunities
- Highly networked within wider markets
- Dynamic BD approach
- Able to negotiate tight contracts with natural sales abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Flexible hours
- Weekend availability
