We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to continue the expansion of our Telecommunications practice.
The Role
You will be integral to expanding the footprint of our SaaS platform for the Wireless and Fibre telecommunications network planning and inventory space. You will thrive on the challenge of owning and achieving ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives, knowing that you have a world leading solution and outstanding support from a focused team.
Responsibilities
Develop a growth strategy focused both on increasing market share and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new opportunities and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company’s solutions by addressing and/or predicting clients’ objectives
Plan and execute new marketing initiatives
Maintain and expand your database of prospects and customers by understanding, owning and tracking penetration of Total Addressable Market
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Requirements
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone presence and experience engaging with senior decision makers
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening, presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to quickly build rapport
Time management and planning skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Geographic Information Systems knowledge and experience desirable
Telecommunications Market knowledge essential
