You’ll need to find potential clients utilizing our networks and contacts. New leads will be provided on a weekly basis. You’ll need to meet quarterly sales targets for which you’ll receive generous incentives. You will be able to have input into company’s marketing activities and budgets for expense to manage your own targets. Fairly autonomous role hence a self-starter and direct B2B sales experience necessary.
YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE
Managing and maintaining existing clients
Active engagement of clients for the purpose of procuring work
Report to the Management team details of client recruitment and effectiveness of marketing campaigns and project deliverables
Manage project costs, budgets and client expectations
Anticipate and make recommendations for client needs
Be exceptionally responsive to all client requests
Coordinate projects by communicating effectively with client & creative and technical teams to ensure projects stays on track
Work with creative and technical teams to bring ideas into the mix, offer suggestions, research, ability to share & constantly learn new technology
Provide EXCELLENT customer service with a positive attitude to every client, both old and new
Creating project plans including budgets, timelines, creative briefs, project folders
Quality assurance including proof reading and ensuring that all work presented to our clients meets theirs and DigiGround’s specifications and brand mandates
Managing budgets and timelines
Review, preparation and follow up of invoices and payments from clients
Meet quarterly sales targets

Skills and experience
We need someone who
> Has minimum 4 years’ experience in sales with a minimum of 2 years in B2B sales
> Can build and maintain rapport with current and potential customers
> Is driven to achieve company targets and goals
> Will enthusiastically chase down leads for conversion
> Has experience in digital or technology related sales
> Wants to work in a diverse and fun team
