Purpose of the role
The primary purpose of this role is to lead and drive a B2B sales team responsible for building strong network of referrers and driving growth. This will include building and servicing referrers from a range of different Government and Private Sector Service Providers as well as the NDIA and families of people with a disability, identifying new service opportunities for Achieve Australia.

Achieve has been providing services to people with disability since the 1950s. Today, we are a registered NDIS provider offering integrated clinical, health, social and disability services in accommodation, community participation, supported employment and support coordination services in the Greater Sydney and Northern Rivers regions in NSW.
About the role

  • Assessing potential partners, performing competitive research, evaluating proposed deals/partnerships, and analysing and developing business cases for new business targets
  • Identifying opportunities for business improvement and strategic new business opportunities
  • Networking and meeting with NDIS Officers, Support Coordinators, hospitals, health practitioners, SDA providers, mental health departments, schools and other registered and non-registered NDIS providers
  • Networking to develop, implement and evaluate community engagement and brand awareness opportunities for our services
  • Bringing in new NDIS Participants for our Services
  • Ensuring all delivered services are charged to the most appropriate part of the participant’s plan
  • Managing multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously, interacting with a diverse set of partners and prospective partners

About you

  • Tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated knowledge of all facets of the NDIS including a high-level commitment to individualised, person centred service delivery
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with key stakeholders, including funding bodies
  • Robust budgeting and financial management experience and high-level report writing
  • Strong interpersonal and advocacy skills with the ability to liaise and nurture relationships with colleagues, staff, clients, their families and guardians and other relevant stakeholders.
  • An ability to prioritise work and meet conflicting deadlines and excellent time management skills
