Due to continued growth & success they are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their high performing team.
THE ROLE
As an experienced Business Development Manager and key member of the sales team your responsibilities will include;
New Business Development across Trade & Commercial including Account growth of existing clients to cross ell and upsell
Mixture of Existing clients, Inactive clients and New Business Development
Ensure Sales KPIs are met and exceeded - Achieve agreed revenue targets and set budgets
Achieving Sales & Growth and manage sales pipelines
ABOUT YOU
You’re ideal for this position if you have;
Sales and New Business Development experience
Strong communication skills, friendly, upbeat personality
Passion for sales and motivated to achieve results
Experience across Paint Products & Scaffold (desired not essential)
Training & development will be provided across the product range
