Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.
Reporting to the Regional Business Manager – Sleep Solutions, the main purpose of this role is to grow the Sleep Solutions business across all of the ALH clinics and partner locations within an assigned region through increased referrals to the ALH sleep offer.
This role encompasses business development of the Sleep Solutions business through the building and maintenance of strong relationships with key referrers and other stakeholders involved in sleep solutions within their assigned region, including but not limited to:
Sleep Physicians and other Specialists (ENT, Respiratory Physicians etc...)
General Practitioners
Allied Health Organisations

Air Liquide Healthcare (ALH) division is a leading provider of respiratory care services, medical gases & equipment. Our Sleep Solutions Australia business unit within ALH is in need of a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team.
Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPI’s)
Capitalise on growth opportunities and sales through referrals from Health Professionals
Prepare and implement business plans and strategies with our Marketing team raising awareness in our Sleep Solutions services, that we provide to the market
Partner with:
external : local business and General Practitioners
Internal : the wider Sales & Marketing team. The ability to unite as a team and share local and global market trends that contribute towards our business strategy
Negotiate agreements ( within reason )
Participate in trade shows and attend patient groups gathering to promote our Sleep Solutions Australia
Are you a MATCH?
Sound management and business development skills
Effective leadership, organisational and communication skills
Ability to work autonomously whilst delivering to the wider team objectives
Computer literacy and ability to use Google suite
Ability to problem solve and offer tailored solutions
Effective communicator
A desired interest in medical supplies and dealing with medical practitioners and patients
