Job Description
We’re looking for a tenacious, collaborative and passionate self-starter, who can build Bilue’s portfolio of clients with new names.
You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with current and existing clients.
You will manage your day with autonomy whilst still collaborating with sales, the Bilue Leadership Team and key members within the business.
This is a full time position, based in Sydney. You will have flexibility in where you work, through our Work From Anywhere approach, meaning you’re able to alternate between working from home and from our CBD office, though we expect most of the time you’ll be out with potential clients.
What your day-to-day might look like:
Working towards sales goalls, targets and KPI's
Developing client org charts to identify key players and uncovering opportunities for new business
Talking to, socialising and bonding with key stakeholders to identify opportunities to expand existing accounts
Seeking opportunities to update and understand our clients’ business goals and future direction
Reaching out and seeking introductions, to increase your network of relationships within a client’s business
Collaborating with Bilue’s subject matter experts to develop robust digital solutions for our clients’ growing needs
Engaging with in-house experts to understand Bilue’s capabilities and stay abreast of technology and design innovations in the market
Qualifications
We recognise that successful individuals can be found with a wide variety of prior life experiences. Of most importance to us is the technical understanding, communication, calibre and attitude of the individual.
Regardless of background, to succeed in this role, you will need to:
Have proven success in a BDM role working within the tech industry
Have a sound understanding of technology and digital products, in particular software design and mobile development (at a level you can hold a technical conversation fluently)
Have a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets
Be passionate, motivated and resourceful
Be a natural communicator and collaborator
Be easily adaptable in a fast changing environment
