Offering a range of flexible loans tailored to individual borrower needs, their goal is to ensure a seamless and hassle-free borrowing process.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for building out the alternate distribution sales model by developing and maintaining business relationships with the full suite of mortgage products. You will work closely with their network of referral partners to foster future sales channels for our clients' products.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure partners and customers receive exceptional service, creating a positive experience for them
Take ownership of the sales funnel by proactively managing leads and opportunities from the initial engagement through to closure, including follow up
Provide expert support to partners regarding new or existing loan queries
Educate partners about loan opportunities and their potential to drive business growth
Skills and Experience
Minimum 12 months' experience with a non-bank lender OR bank, preferably within the property space
A proven track record of excellence in business development and relationship management; specifically with referral partners (real estate agents, financial advisers, lawyers etc.)
Proven experience in growing a panel of partners and referrers will be highly advantageous
You have a deep understanding of complex industry segments and leverage this knowledge to develop innovative initiatives that drive growth
You have superior interpersonal and communication skills
