You will:
- Developing & implement strategies to grow sales with existing schools within the area.
- Identifying new areas of opportunity with schools and assisting to find solutions for them.
- Building & convert a solid pipeline for short, medium & long-term sales.
- Create & nurture relationships with all levels within the schools of the territory.
- Maintain optimal territory plans to maximise time and opportunities.
- Have a ‘thinking out of the box ‘attitude so you provide valued solutions to schools.
- Travel throughout Southwest Melbourne and Western Victoria, visiting schools.
- Be part of the wonderful Victorian MTA School Sales team.
What You will Bring:
- Proven experience delivering solutions focused outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills; Oral, written. Digital, Social and Presentation Skills.
- The ability to plan ahead & forecast accurately.
- A hunger and drive to be part of a high-performance sales culture.
- Ability to work independently and within the larger team.
- Experience with establishing and maintaining relationships with partners.
- Team mentality to support the business.
- A love of education and the resources that support schools.
