About the Role:
Acquire new business opportunities.
Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring all terms and conditions are satisfied.
Ensure successful bids and tenders to win contracts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective sales and marketing strategies.
Prepare reports and deliver regular updates on BDM activities to management.
Build profitable business relationship and network, deliver sales presentations, and attend trade shows.
About You:
Proven track record in business development and sales.
Experience in participating and winning bids and tenders through government agencies or private accounts.
Extensive knowledge of the facilities management and/or cleaning services, costing and profitability (highly desirable).
Strong network and business leads across the targeted industry.
Driven, passionate in selling services.
Valid driver’ license (essential).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
