We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our new opening team at the Holiday Inn Dandenong.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, increasing revenue, and maximizing opportunities for our hotel. The role involves extensive business development activities, including market research, sales strategies, and identifying new opportunities. The successful candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and growth.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the local market and industry trends.
Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and partners.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities and results to senior management.

Demonstrable experience in hotel business development or a related field.
